Paris Fashion Week SS17 Highlights

Paris Fashion Week is always a worthy end of the fashion month. Finally I can admire shows of all my favorite designers. For spring/summer 2017 I absolutely adore Christian Dior, Isabel Marant, Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent under the leadership of Anthony Vaccarello for the first time. But there were much more gems. Take a look also at my favorite silhouettes from other parisian shows.

Trendspotting: Heavy Sandals

One of the biggest shoe trends for spring/summer are heavy sandals. A lot of designers showed their versions of chunky shoes. They would look great with something more feminine. Check out the slideshow from runways SS16 to get inspired and pick some high street option from Mango, Zara, Topshop, H&M or Asos.

Paris Fashion Week AW16 Highlights

There were so many beautiful shows during Paris Fashion Week for fall/winter 2016, so it was really difficult for me to choose top ones. Finally I decided that this year I loved the most Valentino, Chanel, Elie Saab, H&M, Nina Ricci and Chloé show of course – I had a big problem to choose the best looks from these collections, because they were just splendid. But also some looks at Sonia Rykiel, Isabel Marant, Céline and Vanessa Seward attracted my attention. The best end of fashion month. I will come back to this post each time I need some inspiration for next season.

Chanel Pre-Fall 2016

My favorite looks from Chanel pre-fall 2016 collection. I love slip transparent dresses, lace tights and patent leather in these monochrome looks.

Haute Couture Fall 2015 Favorite Looks

Definitely I prefer ready to wear shows than haute couture, because, from the obvious reasons, I’m not looking for this kind of inspiration. However, as a big fan of fashion and as an esthete, I couldn’t not appreciate the beauty and an art of haute couture shows. Here you have the selection of my favorite looks from Atelier Versace, Valentino, Christian Dior, Armani Privé, Chanel, Ulyana Sergeenko and Giambattista Valli. What are your favrorite ones?
