Paris Fashion Week SS17 Highlights

Paris Fashion Week is always a worthy end of the fashion month. Finally I can admire shows of all my favorite designers. For spring/summer 2017 I absolutely adore Christian Dior, Isabel Marant, Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent under the leadership of Anthony Vaccarello for the first time. But there were much more gems. Take a look also at my favorite silhouettes from other parisian shows.

Summer Sales

The sales are on and we can find a lot of summer clothes in stores now with great price tags and still have a few months of summer ahead of us. But what to choose in this jungle of discounted clothes? I would go for seasonal pieces in classic colors that never go out of style and you will still want to wear them next summer. Invest also in better quality of shoes and bags or some original designs which were too pricey before but now are reasonably priced. Below I have gathered some of my sale must-haves. What are yours?

Trendspotting: Ankle-Wrap Sandals

Summer is here and one of the trendiest accessories you can wear during hot days are lace-up sandals. Preferably ankle-wrap this season. There are much easier to wear then very high gladiator sandals from last season. They go perect with all kind of dresses and shorts, as well as with culotte pants, so it’s really good to own a pair, and you have a pretty great choice in shops right now. Look at below gallery to see what designers suggested on their SS16 runways, and then make your pick from high street shops.

Chloé Pre-Fall 2016

Pre-Fall 2016 Chloé collection was effortlessly chic as always. I liked the most ethereal girly dresses, sheer blouses and outerwear of many types. Adding perfect accessories, natural hair and fresh faces of models, Clare Waight Keller managed to create again the desirable image of Chloé girl. Check out my favorite looks below.

Paris Fashion Week AW16 Highlights

There were so many beautiful shows during Paris Fashion Week for fall/winter 2016, so it was really difficult for me to choose top ones. Finally I decided that this year I loved the most Valentino, Chanel, Elie Saab, H&M, Nina Ricci and Chloé show of course – I had a big problem to choose the best looks from these collections, because they were just splendid. But also some looks at Sonia Rykiel, Isabel Marant, Céline and Vanessa Seward attracted my attention. The best end of fashion month. I will come back to this post each time I need some inspiration for next season.

My Beauty Essentials

The best hair brush from Mason Pearson. It may be a bit expensive but once you try it you will understand, it is an investment worth your money. I got it as a gift and loved immediately. Perfect for my long and thick hair. Get it here.

Chloé Spring-Summer 2016 Campaign

As always, I was waiting for Chloé new campaign more than for any other. As always, I love it. With natural, sun-kissed faces of Céline Bouly, Ari Westphal, Antonina Petkovic and Ilvie Wittek, it’ s really fresh and beautiful as whole spring-summer 2016 collection. I’m sure it will be a great inspiration for many girls in the upcoming season.
