Moody Winter

This season my winter uniform consists of high-waisted jeans, turtleneck sweater and fur or shearling coat. I just change between my Uggs or some block heeled boots depends on the amount of snow on the streets. And I feel really comfortable in it.

Pick of the Day

Ruffles will be still a strong trend this spring, so they’re worth the investment just now. I love this frilled blouse from H&M Trend collection. Perfect to spice up an everyday outfit. Get it here.

Sale Picks

Sales are still on and here you have my top picks from fall/winter 2016 collections. Mostly essentials. You need to be quick as always to put your hands on discounted pieces and then you still have a few months to use them or even years if you pick classics.

Windy Walks

I wear this coat from H&M Studio collection quite often recently. It’s great for cold, windy days. Here in combination with the old mom jeans, block heel boots and a cream turtleneck sweater.

Fur&Cord

A few months ago I wouldn’t have thought that I would wear corduroy again, but this season I definitely love it. I think it looks great during fall/winter time, especially paired with fur as in today’s post. I found this vintage coat recently and decided to combine it with the cord A-line skirt. The look is completed by suede over the knee boots and a basket bag.

Birkin Basket

Iconic images of Jane Birkin with her straw basket are all over Tumblr and Pinterest pages giving us a lot of inspiration on how to wear it. I couldn’t resist it either. I found it on Etsy and immediately loved it. It will complete most of my winter outfits this season to give them this desirable vintage vibe.

Wishful Thinking

What I wish I wore right now is a warm shearling jacket, suede boots and black high waisted jeans. I would complete the look with some cashmere sweater and scarf.

Camel Shades

I like wearing camel shades in autumn. Here I combined a ribbed turtleneck sweater with a zip and a belted coat together with suede pants and loafers. Simple but it’s all in the details.
