Paris Fashion Week is always a worthy end of the fashion month. Finally I can admire shows of all my favorite designers. For spring/summer 2017 I absolutely adore Christian Dior, Isabel Marant, Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent under the leadership of Anthony Vaccarello for the first time. But there were much more gems. Take a look also at my favorite silhouettes from other parisian shows.
One of the most interesting Resort 2017 collection so far was definitely Louis Vuitton. It was the most athletic Ghesquière’s collection for the fashion house. Sports references (especially a racing theme) were strongly visible in color-blocked scubalike dresses, as well as in monochrome suits. Noteworthy were also cut-out details, sequined skinny scarves and the bag collection, including boombox bags, which actually play music thanks to the Bluetooth technology.
The Resort season has started. Nicolas Ghesquire showed his new playful collection at at the Bob and Dolores Hope’s estate in Palm Springs, California. It was fresh with new silhouettes. We could see a lot of maxi skirts and dresses but also micro shorts and tailored pants worn with cropped tops, scuba jackets and loose blouses. Maybe not my favorite collection but definitely interesting.

Nicolas Ghesquiére’s fourth collection for Louis Vuitton continuing the influence of the 70′s. The mix of materials, strong shapes and a beautiful color palette made this collection really on time.
First photos of SS15 Louis Vuitton Campaign are out. Campaign called Series 2 is a continuation of AW14 story made in the same spirit. The image above features Freja Beha Erichsen, shot by Annie Leibovitz.
