Sale Picks

Sales are still on and here you have my top picks from fall/winter 2016 collections. Mostly essentials. You need to be quick as always to put your hands on discounted pieces and then you still have a few months to use them or even years if you pick classics.

Camel Shades

I like wearing camel shades in autumn. Here I combined a ribbed turtleneck sweater with a zip and a belted coat together with suede pants and loafers. Simple but it’s all in the details.

Vinyl Mania

As I wrote in this post, patent leather skirts are really hot this season, especially thanks to Isabel Marant. I love this budget version of the vinyl skirt from Mango. Today I combined it with a bell sleeve navy blouse, suede ankle boots and Céline vintage bag, but I have more ideas how to style it this fall, so stay tuned ;).

Summer Sales

The sales are on and we can find a lot of summer clothes in stores now with great price tags and still have a few months of summer ahead of us. But what to choose in this jungle of discounted clothes? I would go for seasonal pieces in classic colors that never go out of style and you will still want to wear them next summer. Invest also in better quality of shoes and bags or some original designs which were too pricey before but now are reasonably priced. Below I have gathered some of my sale must-haves. What are yours?

Ribbed Long Dress

I love clothes which aren’t maternity ones, but are perfect during pregnancy and you can still wear them after a child birth. Actually, during my whole pregnancy, the only maternity clothes which I bought, were 3 pairs of jeans (and I wear only 2 of them) and one pair of leggins. The rest clothes, which I bought during this period, were either oversized styles or very elastic ones, like this cable knit, off-shoulder dress from Mango, which I wrote about earlier here. I really think that buying maternity clothes is a waste of money, becuase pregnancy passes quickly, I mean really quickly. I can’t even believe that I am in my last month right now ;).

Perfect Match: LBD&Flats

If you want a chic, but not over dressed look for a dinner in town, there is a perfect match – classic combination of a little black dress and ballet flats, for spring better in nude leather. Try this ribbed jersey dress from H&M and flats from Notabene.

Bell Sleeve Top

As I wrote in the previous post, voluminous sleeves will be a strong trend this season. My first pick was this navy, open back top from Zara, with bell sleeves. I combined it with grey maternity jeans and the most comfortable loafers from Notabene.

Wishful Thinking

Waiting for spring and dreaming about wearing a light blouse with ruffled sleeves, slim boyfriend jeans, a leather jacket, loafers and silver accessories.
